It is very important for us that you are happy with your cuff, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement. 

Sale items cannot be refunded.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to insure delivery. We recommend contacting us prior to shipping the item back, so we can discuss the best way of returning the item from your country.
